If you or someone you know is caring for a loved one or a caregiver for your loved one and you need a break to do some shopping, go out to breakfast or lunch with your friends, or need some time for yourself.

I will bring activities to your loved ones that will keep them active in arts and crafts, painting, bingo, card & board games, and senior exercise while you are away enjoying yourself.

I am a certified caregiver by the state of Arizona and an activities coordinator. I am my own contractor. My experience includes 20+ years working with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and the Elderly.  I am Covid Vaccinated.
